A big decision any cell therapy company needs to make is whether to supply the product fresh (eg. RT, or 4C) or frozen.  Frozen products generally use DMSO, part of the purpose of this surey is to understand how much DMSO (or other cryoprotectant) is typically being used.  Please feel free to complete a survey on your own product, or other products you are familair with.  Should you wish to submit several products, simply refresh the page at the end of the survey.  The survey itself will provide a brief summary, the full data will be uploaded periodically to the web-spreadsheet below the survey.
